Spx Taekwondo

On a lovely sunny day we did elbow hits with the block and we played games like jumping over a rope next we played a other game called helicopter kicking  pad and played jump and kick well kiran and kalisi. miss YU was one of the best taekwondo Teachers. enjoy bye....
